Versions of AutoCAD from Release 10 and up support both ASCII and binary forms of DXF. Earlier versions support only ASCII.||Hewlett-Packard printer control language (also known as HPGL) that is used by HP and other manufacturers plotters which draw pictures with lines instead of dots. HGL files include several lines of setup commands followed by a list of printing commands that describe what and how shoud be printed on the page. These files are usually saved with HPGL file extension.|
